COSMIC BREATH

As we enter 2024, an 8 year in numerology, we are invited to connect more deeply with our infinity through the Pranic body and the breath. In this one-hour online breathwork session, we’ll allow the patterns and behaviors no longer relevant to our growth to surface, using a powerful, sustained breath cycle that will energetically dislodge them from your grasp. The breathwork, which can initiate incredible healing, will be followed by an opportunity to integrate the experience through specific journal prompts. This session will help you create balance within your physical and energetic bodies to set a strong foundation for the year to come. Deepen your connection to your breath and the Cosmos.
